The main usb port of my rog phone 2 is not working since few days, neither it charging nor fast charging does not even sport the otg cable, there is no damage in the usb port. You have left work The side port is all working with the same charger. Please help me, and if there is any software related reason, then remove it, this problem is happening to many rog phone 2 users.

same happened to me today, i was busy and didn't focus on my phone at all, it was at 1% and so I've rushed to charge the phone but it doesn't seem working until i use the side port. my phone wasn't hot or anything at all, it was just nearly dead that's what happened. And it was also the first time ever that it reaches 1%, the lowest i used to go was only 2% or 3% occasionally.
