i don't have the habit turning off background apps. after playing a game, i'll press home and leave the game runs in background. but i noticed after locking the screen, if i do something to wake the phone (double tap, pick up the phone) to check notifications, the screen won't turn off. it just come back normal state if i close the game. you can test it with pubg
