Unistall all third party apps like parrlel space xpose or and vpn screen recoder. I have been facing this problem since last update but now when uninstalled all third party apps I can play game while charging phone with no black screen or screen lock issue

Tested and found out Black screen occurred because of ur third party apps and moreover ur mobile data. If u play games over wifi temp remain same and it won't effect anything but using mobile causing heat and creating black screen or lock screen issue
