Screen time doesn't open any page

Settings > Apps and notifications

There is a screentime option clicking on it doesn't lead anywhere

Pretty sure that is supposed to (or used to) open Digital Wellbeing...
But it does nothing on mine, either...

Can you access Digital Wellbeing if you go to settings -> Digital wellbeing?
