Screen not smooth A10 lastest

I found a bug in the latest A10 update
1. The 60hz Scroll or slide screen didn't feel smooth like a frame drop,
2. And try to open MyAsus
Settings> Support> MyAsus, is definitely not possible
Ask to be updated via Playstore even though it is the latest version
Has anyone experienced something similar ??

yes I'm facing that frame drop issue from 2-3 days back.. screen resounding at 20-30 fps
