ROG Phone 6 Camera

after the lastest update for rog 6 the black screen after opening the camera problem has been solved but the new problem has come,my back camera just downgrade and being blured dont know why,i already clean up the cache and also try using other app camera like instagram,whatsapp or m-banking all of them have the same issue,please help me cause i need my back camera for scanning barcode and since the lastest update i can't use it to scan the barcode i hope it solve quickly

I have same issues, I have tried multiple ways, and asus doesn't have any solution for this, I'm disappointed, don't buy ROG phone again

Hi @samudra!

Just saw your post here, I'll copy the reply I gave you in the other post.

I don't think I've heard this before, does it happen with all the lenses or just one? You can do a SMMI test by typing ".12345+=" and in there you can select "Single Test" and test out the camera modules.

If it still shows the camera being blurry then I would recommend you to reach out to your closest ASUS Service Center
