gsanchezThanks for your reply. You explained better than those mods who still didn't give me a proper replyIn some devices I saw in Jerry Rig Everything's YouTube Channel, this is plastic used between the glass panel and cellphone body (like in this video, starting at 2:12: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0oYdq6ri6eg ). I don't know if this situation can produce any damage on your device, if you unsure of that, I suggest yout take your device to nearest service care and have them take a look.

LP_ASUSI meant unsafe for the phone. I asked if the phone would get damaged if this peeled off completely for which you still didn't give me reply. And on the service center part, i can't get there now and that's why I created a new thread here.I can't think of any reason why it would be "unsafe" to use. Unless you see some kind of exposed metal or electronics, it should be cosmetic only.
As for whether this is covered by warranty, that would be up to the discretion of the service center.

mr.strangeIf it feels like the screen is detaching from the body of the phone, then I would probably stop using it. If it seems to just be a cosmetic issue, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/102744#Comment_102744
