Rog phone 2 keeps crashing and restarting during the gameplay

I had purchased this phone on 1st January this issue never happened before but now it's happening ever now and then and I'm really pissed with this issue yesterday while playing PUBGM it restarted thrice back to back getting me kicked out of the game. It lags a lot now and I even can't start X mode and aggressive heat control as it aggregate the issue. Please help me with this issue and I'll be very thankful to you.

Contact customer care and I hope they will give you refund as well. If you issue can't be solved

Did you specifically ask for a refund or did they simply not have the option of a replacement?
Also did you get your refund?

No I didn't ask for anything they told me that I'll get refund. I was just contacting them every then and now regarding my issue.

I didn't get my refund yet as flipkart didn't mention the IMEI number on my bill invoice which is why its not valid for refund as they told me and that's why I am in contact with Flipkart now regarding this issue they might resolve the issue till 18th July or if they deny I'll send the same reply to the Asus and hope they will refund it on that basis.
