Does any one having sudden shut down and multiple restarts of rog phone 2.

I had done factory reset due to the restarting issue.after resetting the phone won't even start and stuck at the language screen.these mods are telling to factory reset and it gone forever now ..and these mods aren't even responding

Phone suddenly shuts down and takes multiple attempts to restart which occuers randomly.during charging it iver heats and shut down and again the restart cycle starts.the restarts are so random even with out any load on the device like during calling...
