There will be a flag, but how you actually check for you to see I don't know. Samsung phones uses Knox and it tells you on screen.

I am not saying you have done, but if your Tencent device comes with a WW Rom, then you should take it back to where you got the device. I won't worry about the bootloader unlock unless it was intended.

If your phone updates with our official firmware, then you have a global version, not Tencent.
I can't say why you have high ping for PUBG/COD. Are only these two games affected or are these the only games you have tried?
