How to disable notification panel on lockscreen?

While the phone is locked with a pattern, it is still possible to pull down and use the notification panel.
 
The wi-fi turns on and some data starts downloading, the torch turns on and discharges the battery, while the phone is in my pocket and is supposed to be locked.

Hi there isn't any option to disable lockscreen notification panel.
Taken your feedback though. I have never encountered torch getting on the way you have mentioned above.

u should turn off this gesture
{double tap to wake up screen}
so that screen won't wake when it is in your pocket
