After a10 the ram management has been really bad. Atleast for me. After like a couple minutes if i go back to any app or game it reloads. I use whatsapp, brave browser, nba2k20, pubgm, pes 2020 and YouTube the most and this is irritating me because in a9 it was so good. The apps would stay in memory for hours.

A10 will kill your apps after hours but not minutes. Please check in PowerMaster battery-saving options if you have "Clean up in suspend" active. This options should be off if you want apps to stay alive
If it was already off then I don't know why your apps die in only a couple of minutes. The only solution is to reset your device
