Question about Android 10

Here is my build number

But I download the official Android 10 firmware but why I still can't update my Android 9 to Android 10??
I already cut the zip file to internal storage but I didn't get new message pop up to tell me update

Can i download this file i have older version and in log they mentioned (Image：WW_V17.0210.2001.60 for WW only*) ? What should i do?

Just a thought I downloaded the file to my SD card and then I went reset the phone when it came up I scroll down to reboot from external memory then select android 10 after that you want to clear all catches and then reboot it was done

Put it outside the download folder. The root term isn't related with rooted android OS. To make it simple, here's an explanation in analogue with Microsoft Windows:

You have one partition e.g C: and there are lots of folder which is one of them is named with Download.

Your A10 file is in C:\Download folder

The root folder is C:\

So, move your files outside the Download folder to the root folder.
