I face the same issue where my phone froze and power button was not responding. Had to hold power button for 15 sec for it to restart. Was so disappointed as it happened 2 times in a row. I am on latest android 10 firmware. It happened when i tried to stream live with stream labs so i unistalled app when it froze second time. So disappointing.
