Hey guys ,so i have posted before regarding volte issue in my phone, i was unable to make 4g calls and the phone did not support volte sim.I live in india,and the volte provisioned was disabled in my phone ,i could not switch it on or off.i went to the service center and they were bunch of dumbasses and now my phone's software is corrupt, they said that they are unable to fix the issue for which they had to downgrade the software and while doing so they corrupted the phone's software and now they are asking me to wait till the new firmware update rolls in and are not providing me any genuine solution.when can i expect the next update and WHY THE FUCKE ASUS SERVICE IS SO FUCKEN BAD?

It doesn't need to say provisioned VoLTE on that screen for VoLTE to work. What if you visit JIO (even though you say they have issues) or another carrier and ask them to see if their network works with your phone?
I couldn't see in your video if you were even on 4G since wifi was active.
Try going to settings -> system -> reset options and reset bt,wifi and mobile. Might fix your problem. The last resort is factory reset

I have tried both the reset options and yes my carrier supports my phone because several other people have been using the same device.Something else?

Did you physically walk to JIO and try to solve it with them? If you have done this and everything else I've asked of you, then you may ask our Service Center for a repair.
