Available to Samsung phones by the looks/reading about it.

Live caption is a Android 10 feature. And it is very useful. For all the audios you will get live caption. I just tried in one plus and Samsung mobiles. But missing those good features in rog phone 2 @ARP_ASUS thanks for taking this to the concerned team. Hope it will be coming in future updates.
