My Rog phone 2 not fast charging through bottom port

My rog 2 is not fast charging through the bottom mounted port...whereas it is normal through the side port...I tried changing the cable and adapter..same results seen...Side port works just fine...only bottom port cant quick charge... it Only charges slowly....I turned off battery care...rebooted many times and even tried in the safe mode...none of them work...is there any solution....I'm on android 10 and on july security patch

Yes bro just now I faced this issue and came here to search for solution not only this my device freez/restart daily and shut down while charging 😭💔 buying ASUS is my biggest mistake. I wish I could have gone with ONEPLUS

Sounds like the bottom port is damaged and in need of service

Update guys : I took it to the service centre...They checked it and said that there was fungus in the bottom port due to moisture....Sadly it was considered a liquid damage and was not covered in the warranty...They charged me Rs.700 and replaces the port..Now its totally charging fine again
