Mobile Desktop Dock does not work

I bought the accessory and when I connect the charger it will not turn on. The charger I use is the Rog Phone 2's own distributed by ASUS BRASIL. When I plug the accessory into the outlet it does not turn on any light. I tried Asus Brasil support, but the neglect is very great

@kewin.f.c You will need a 30 W adapter to power the desktop dock.

I assume you have tried connection your phone to the dock to see if it works? If the indicator light on the dock does not light up, you should at least be able to hear the fan spinning and your phone recognizing the dock when plugged in. I noticed just now that the indicator light on my test unit does not turn on, but the dock functions fine apart from that.

@Gustav_ASUS Unfortunately, I had to buy the adapter from Asus Brasil which is passed on with the high price, but I will wait and see if it works. When I connected I didn't hear any fan noise

The adapter arrived today and it worked, thanks. I believe that ASUS BRASIL could inform in store that the charger is necessary for the accessory to function.
