ASUS - ZenTalk

Comprei o acessório dia 17/08/2020 e chegou ontem (20/08/2020), mas ao conectar na tomada ele não funciona. Tentei vários carregadores e o próprio que é distribuído pela ASUS com o ROG PHONE 2 e nem deu sinal de vida.
