Jio not working

My jio sim is not working since morning....I tried restarting my phone...use airplane mode still no use...jio is in my primary sim slot ..and my friends jio numbers are working fine ...in mine. Only it shows no service.... help?????

i am also facing the same problem from last 1 week my jio sim network or any other jim sim network is not showing in my asus max pro m1 mobile after recent update i have format my mobile but did not get any soln.

Follow what i said. Go to network>sim card> dual network 4g

There must be an option to turn on 4g feature on your mobile. If there is a search bar on your settings then search 4g and enable settings. Jio sim only supports 4g and only works on 4g network so you must enable that feature.
