Jio not working

My jio sim is not working since morning....I tried restarting my phone...use airplane mode still no use...jio is in my primary sim slot ..and my friends jio numbers are working fine ...in mine. Only it shows no service.... help?????

Did you try to use in other phone to check if it's not a SIM card problem? Once I had this problem in my old iPhone, which was solved replacing SIM.

Go to network and internet>simcard> dual sin 4g

i am also facing the same problem from last 1 week my jio sim network or any other jim sim network is not showing in my asus max pro m1 mobile after recent update i have format my mobile but did not get any soln.
