Heating issue after getting back from service center

Earlier my phone was having reboot or switch off issue while charging..after that I get it to service center and motherboard was found faulty after getting back my phone from service center it's having issue of external parts heating..crates temp. Is not much higher it goes upto just 39-40 Celsius while charging but external now heats like hell within 5 min of charging like as was on .47 update
Can anyone help me out for this😑

M using original asus charger and earlier this wasn't the issue.. it's only after getting from service center
This much heat is without any heavy apps or games
