Model Name: Rog phone 2
Firmware Version: 17.0240.2009.49
Rooted or not: Not
Frequency of Occurrence: GPS doesn't work.
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Google map
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.
When I opened Google map, it said GPS signal lost. I tried to factory reset my phone already but it still doesn't work.

duy1406You probably already have this, but ensure you have Settings - Locations - Google Location Accuracy enabled.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/131026#Comment_131026
I did all of 2 your solutions but it still doesn't work. It seems the GPS chip is broken I think. So disappointed with the phone's quality. I just bought it nearly 1 year.

Also, have Wifi and Bluetooth scanning enabled.
By the way, do you have dual sim in use?

duy1406In the GPS Test app, there will be 3 dots top right. Choose AGPS and then do Update Only. Wait for a few minutes with this app open.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/131029#Comment_131029

Another suggestion is in Developer Options, enable Force full GNSS measurements.
If you have a case off, take it off and then try.
If none of these work, then I would contact your mobile data provider first before assuming the chip is broken/go to service centre.
