Anders_ASUSI don't think there is something to do with the cable ,as lot of people are facing the same issue.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/17138/fast-charging-not-working
Did you try the suggestions from PowerCat? Try a reboot, test both ports and please get a third (preferably new) USB-C wire.

Sagar2696Regardless if there's something wrong with the charger, cable or motherboard, people will say the same thing. That it's either not charging or charging slow. If it's software, then you can simply turn off your phone and it should fast charge. If it doesn't, then it's hardware. It's as simple as that.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/46574#Comment_46574

Anders_ASUSI can confirm that in my case it's software issue as hyper charge working when phone is switched off.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/121678#Comment_121678

AkxetoDo you have Battery Care on? If so, disable this and check to see if you have Hyper-Charge.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/122010#Comment_122010

Akxetook, so when your phone is turned on, then you can't hyper charge on any port and when it's turned off, then you can hypercharge on both ports? If this is the case, then I would be very interested in logging your devicehttps://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/122010#Comment_122010
