Fast Charging Not working

Having some issues with my rog phone 2 fast charging. Sometimes it doesnot fast charg. Even after rebooting so many timea it doesnot work. There is no plus sogh near the battery while charging. Tried both port. But not working. Then in a sudden somwtimes it starts working again. Having this problem for like a month now. Tried changing the cable as well with orginial asus type c cable. But still having thw same problem. Asy solution regarsing thia issue?
Please help.

Did you try the suggestions from PowerCat? Try a reboot, test both ports and please get a third (preferably new) USB-C wire.

I don't think there is something to do with the cable ,as lot of people are facing the same issue.

Regardless if there's something wrong with the charger, cable or motherboard, people will say the same thing. That it's either not charging or charging slow. If it's software, then you can simply turn off your phone and it should fast charge. If it doesn't, then it's hardware. It's as simple as that.

I can confirm that in my case it's software issue as hyper charge working when phone is switched off.

Do you have Battery Care on? If so, disable this and check to see if you have Hyper-Charge.

ok, so when your phone is turned on, then you can't hyper charge on any port and when it's turned off, then you can hypercharge on both ports? If this is the case, then I would be very interested in logging your device
