Device Frequently Turns off

1st touch freeze... Now the device TURNS OFF automatically and frequently every 10mins.... Even an 5k phone doesn't do like this... Rubbish OS EVER I HAVE SEEN.... I HARDLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THIS PHONE...

We are not facing this issue. Give a try with factory reset. If the issue still persist then reach out to service center.
