Try cleaning the trigger area if there is any dust sitting on it.

We've had a couple of users mentioning issues with the right trigger earlier but they have all been fixed with FW update. It could be that you have hardware malfunction but before you contact ASUS Support, please wait for the Android Q FOTA. Could be that it will fix your issue.
