Call recording Problem in Rog 2

Rog 2 call recorder is very pathetic..It records only my voice during a call not other person's voice.Please do something Asus.

Hey have been using it on a daily basis, 5 calls being recorded daily. Please make sure your phone is on the latest firmware version if not. If you are still facing the issue you can try factory resetting once and clearing cache of Sound recording.

The problem is that during a call it records only my voice not other side person's voice.And iam on latest firmware,also tried resetting device
