Bottom usbc port heats up when connected for charging

Rooted or not: Not
Frequency of Occurrence: always
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Whenever i connect any cable to bottom usbc port it heats up and destroys the cable and the side port doesn't fast charge with the asus 18W fast charger that came with the phone nor does it work as a data cable it just normally charges the phone whenever i connect to my pc or my car.... Please help

Hi mihirpanchal503,
Would advice you to visit service center to have a check. You can try factory reset once but, the scenario seem to be related to hardware. Can't be totally sure better you visit service center
