Bluetooth headset calling issues

Hi
I am facing issues while using bluetooth headset, when making a call I cannot hear through bluetooth headset and on screen the output showing is bluetooth device and when using the wired headset there is no problem.
I have used different bluetooth headset and still problem persist.
Audio and videos are playing fine with bluetooth headset, only issue is with call.
Can any one help me to fix.

You have most probably (by accident) managed to disable your BT device for Phone calls. Go to the settings for your BT device and make sure that "phone calls" is enabled
