Does this happen only when you play this particular game or with all games?
You could try to backup your data and perform a factory reset.
Also you could try lower your settings to see if this makes a difference and if you haven't tried that already.
If you are still experiencing this then I will recommend you to visit your local Asus Service Center.

Ah !!! Service center???they will just degrade your device software version and gave it to you back if your device is under warranty..if no warranty,they will recommend you for a Mobo replacement...and the cost of the Mobo is too high for a 2year old device...so actually your problem has no solution atleast from the asus side..

Same things happens with my mobile. While playing pubg, my mobile restarts when I receive calls. This happens 2/10 times when a call is received.
I took my phone to the service center last year and they only downgraded the software and the issue is still persisting.
