Same problem here. Already been to service center, they just downgraded the software but no luck.

Same things happens with my mobile. While playing pubg, my mobile restarts when I receive calls. This happens 2/10 times when a call is received.

I took my phone to the service center last year and they only downgraded the software and the issue is still persisting.

Clearly it isn't software if downgrading didn't work. So you will need to visit service centre again and let them know what happened.

No point in going. My phone is out of warranty. I have to live with it.
