Audio wizard

Anyone experience this problem? My phone audio totally lost/mute. When I open audio wizard it say audio wizard does not support the current audio device
Problem:
- Cant record a video/sound
- youtube/Facebook mute when stream video
- Can't use earphones
Anyone know how to solve this?

You're saying that you get no sound at all from the speakers, 3.5 mm output or USB-C, all sound is completely gone?

Yes..no sound from speaker/ earphone. I try connect to Bluetooth speaker still no sound produce..

@nazrulgrowtopia Clear the storage and cache of both AudioWizard and AudioWizardService. They should show up under 'App info' if you search settings for 'Audio'.
If that doesn't do anything, please film your device with another phone and show us the issue in action. I'll send you a PM that you can respond to.
