Anders_ASUSHi! Yes I am using the same account as before.Clearing the storage of game genie is normally our go to action to rectify this. Are you using another account than previously? Can you maybe try with a friends or family members account?
I don't know, sometimes it just doesn't work. Try restarting your phone.
Worst case, we can see if we can figure out what's wrong by logging your device
