Asus rog 2 Volume Button Not Working

Volume button is not working without any physical damage volume up working fine but volume down not working at all
Any suggestion why this happening

I've had issue with power button. It became mushy, not anymore tactile. So, I went to service center and submitted my phone for repair. They have repaired it free of cost. But they took almost 2 months. If you can wait for that long then you can go for the repair.

For my Rog 2 also having the same issue key won't work whenever device get heated.
Reached service center 30 days before they still repairing my device

I really in doubt whether this phone is good or bad every month new problem 🤦🤦

Today, I visited the service center they did not even touch my device.They just said that it needs to be send to banglore. They are not even ready to tell me the cost.I don't know why Asus opens service center if they not able to solve problems here.
