Volume button is not working without any physical damage volume up working fine but volume down not working at all
Any suggestion why this happening

Go into safe mode and try there. If it happens there, then you will need to visit service centre.

Hi,
Run SMMI test to check if its related to hardware or software.
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST_V4.1.35
Select Receiver1_Test=>Press Start to check 
If no hardware issue detected, factory reset once and even if this doesn't solves the issue visit service center.
Due to the lockdown, service centers may not be functional. Kindly call the service center before you visit one.

same as happend to me mine upper volume key not working with any damage. its working but not same as before no cliking sound or vibration on key press any difficult to press the upper key

device keys becoming squishy and getting no tactile feedback when pressing them.plz help me
