ASUS ROG 2 internet connectivity issue

I am using the Tencent version of ROG Phone 2, recently I have encountered the WiFi and mobile data connectivity issue with the phone. as soon as the phone connects with WiFi it shows no internet connection on WiFi, even on mobile data network the same problem occurred. i tried to reset the network setting even restored the whole phone it doesn't help at all. no apps are working at all. guys help e in this regards.

Not sure about the WiFi but when using Mobile Data can you verify if the APN settings are correct? You can find the APN setting in the Mobile networks settings.

@Yogendra Open SMMI Test (press .12345+= in the calculator) and do the following tests:
Wi-Fi Test, Modem Test, SIM Card Test, SIM Signal Test.
Get back to me with the results.

Go to your Wi-Fi Settings and under Network Details, look for Network Usage. Make sure it is set to Detect Automatically.
