I just started to use ASUS Rog 9 pro, and there is a really bad experience when i use voice message in WhatsApp. I think it's related to anti noise setting, because when I record a voice message 1st time , it's work normally, but the next voice is crashed, included so much noises. I have tried to restart the phone, reinstalled WhatsApp, and found turn on/off the Ai anti noise button or switch on some sound settings on the phone , the 1st voice message in WhatsApp performs normal, but crashed in the next voice. Everytime I tried also like this, I think this is a bug between ASUS and WhatsApp. And I have also tried to use voice message in other social communicated apps, they all works perfectly, this problem only happen in WhatsApp, I don't know how to fix and need help.

I am unable to recreate the issue, could you please create a log? This way the developers can look into what could be causing the issue, I'm writing the steps down below:

Please follow the below steps to enable the built-in log tool (Bug reporter).
1. Open “Calculator APP”
2. Enter “.19595+=”
3. Select the Log type according to the type of issue you want to capture. “Sound, call audio, and recording”
4. After your selection the log tool will exit so you can duplicate the issue or wait for it to happen. Try to use the screen recorder to show your issue when possible. If you can't screen record your issue, then please take a screenshot right after the issue has occurred (as a timestamp) so we know where to look in the log.
5. Navigate back to the log tool via calculator and Tap "FINISH AND SHARE".
6. It takes several minutes for the log to generate. You can exit and do other stuff in the meantime. A silent notification will tell you once the process is done. Tap the notification and then the share button to upload the file to Google Drive and share the link with a moderator. Just make sure to change the permission first so that everyone with the link has permission to view it.
Note: When you're no longer planning on logging your device, enter “.09595+=” in the calculator and the log tool will stop as well as deleting all stored log files. Make sure to share via calculator. The files found in internal storage -> asus_log are not the correct files (they are only 1.2kb)

Hello, on my rog phone 7 ultimate I have the same problem in WhatsApp, I couldn't tell you about other applications because the only one I send audio from is that one. I also have a similar problem in phone calls (normal through the line), the microphone remains open and the other person hears everything very loudly as if the loudspeaker were activated or in other words, as if the noise suppressor was not working

Hi, would you please try to disable Google assistant to see if issue resolved (as a temporary solution)?. We will fix this issue on future software update. Thanks.
