Found bug in active cooler x pro after update

Found the following errors:

1. Sometimes when connecting to rog phone 9 pro edition, the device is not detected, even after trying to remove and insert it several times. Only after rebooting the phone can the device be detected

2. When using bypass mode, it is found that it switches to normal charging mode by itself

3. Intelligent cooling mode does not reduce the speed to the cool level even if the CPU and battery temperature do not exceed 40 ° C

how to see aeroactive cooler firmware ver. etc., i can't find it on my 9 pro

i have same experience ,plus frozen mode issue , why is this expensive cooler have so many issue , i might better switch to pther cooler brands, can i ask if it's okay to use other phone cooler brands on Rog Phone 9 pro?

You can use other brands of fans with the Rog Phone, but you can't use the maximum performance in x Pro mode due to the requirements. As for the firmware version, as far as I know, it can only be found on mobile phones. I don't think there is any for the fan part

My Aeroactive Cooler x pro now is working only if i didn't plug in the usbc cable for charging(to use frozen mode)in the cooler , when i connect the charger in the Cooler and try different modes - it's not cooling at all. the cooler only works if i connect my usb c in the bottom charging port, or even im not charging the phone. has anyone experienced like this?
