Watermark picture

If I take a picture with a watermark, does it loses quality? And can I save 2 files? One with the watermark and one without?

I did some testing and besides adding the watermark it does not look like it loses quality, size files are consistent and zooming in gives the same details.

For the 2nd question, no, it is not possible to save 2 files, only one with the watermark will be created.
