I still have about 5 months left of my rog phone 8 pro edition warranty and i wanted to know if it would be possible to change my back panel completely with my warranty

Warranty covers issues with fabrication, accidents are not covered by warranty, I would recommend you asking your closest Service Center for an evaluation.
