ROG phone 8 Air trigger

Just upgraded from 6 to 8 and it is a big disappointment. The whole purpose of buying the phone is because of the air trigger and with the updated phone, it doesn't work as good as before! Saw other posts on this issue and promised an update on software to resolve the issue but where is the update?

On more issue is the connectivity of the cooler fan. I have upgraded the firmware but the phone just won't detect it sometimes. I am using the two buttons as temporary solution for shooting games.

I also have this problem, I have to keep connecting and disconnecting the cooler till it gets registered by the phone , works one out of every ten times

I had a firmware updated recently. The trick is to connect the power cable to the fan and then connect the fan to the phone, if it changes, the fan will work well. 

Did they resolve the fan problem for you too?

Thanks Mattias! I believed that it has been updated. It is much better now. It would be even better if the air trigger can be more sensitive for long hold. Please kindly assist.
