Rog 8 Pro Anime Vision not displaying

Hello, I brought my phone last May 2024 and today, all of the sudden the Anime Vision is not displaying at the back of my phone.

The settings are "on" in the armoury crate. I restarted my phone several times and my software is up to date. Plz help.

I have fixed the issue after pressing the back of my phone a little bit harder because I was informed the ribbon might be loosen. After pressing hard, the Anime Vision appears at the back

Restart the phone and see if it blinks when you restart it.

What I meant was that the backside blinks when you restart it so u can see if it's hardware or bug but glad u fixed it

Hi, yes even when I restarted my phone, the back side did not show the ROG logo. So I guess the ribbon inside was loosen up, but after pressing hard at the back, it is all good now. But I will go to service center to double check the inside to prevent it happen again. Thanks.
