Low microphone voulme on Phone calls

I have Asus rog phone 8 pro. the problem is when i make calls using wired headphones people complaining that they. can barely hear me, i tried alot of headphones with USB-C or 3.5mm and still same issue. I tried on Meta messanger, whatsapp, Snapchat all of them are having the same issue. the phone is updated with the latest update but i am facing this issue since day one that i bought the phone in.

Does this still happen if you use the phone's microphone? Or is it only with headsets?
Which firmware version are you on?

Only with headphones doesnt matter if it Type C or 3.55mm headphones. build ni is ww_34.1420.1420.407. 

these audio issues has been there since i bought the phone when it was released on day one. and i thought it could be fixed in future updates but yet nothing was fixed and when i turn noise ai on the audio becomes choppy.
