Custom AniMe Vision in Screen Off

In AnieMe Vision, all kind of system setting allow to create custom design, but why not in screen off time. 

I want custom AniMe Vision in screen off time.

Anime has more bugs, I don't understand why it doesn't show notifications longer than 3 seconds, for example ... It's unusable

+1 for more anime on screen-off. It makes perfect sense to use animes more on screen off (showing notifications or custom text) than on screen-on when the user faces de screen not the back of the phone.
