My aeroactive cooler x fan not spinning even it already hot enough, but the buttons is working. I don't know do i need to charge the cooler? Sorry kinda new here

Same with me !!! After the update my cooler is not working only the buttons and headphone jack and charging of the cooler is working but not the Fan.

First of all welcome to the family.

The fan should spin. Are you perhaps using the device for like live streaming or like using the mic. ( If yes there is a option in Armory crate that when the microphone of the phone is active it will disabled the fan). You can find it Armory crate >> Console and scroll down to the Aero active cooler and press on more settings >>> there where you can find to turn on the fan or the toggle to disable it when the mice is in use.

No, and the toggle to disable it when mic is in use is turn off. I already find maybe a temporary solution from similar subject, is to plug the charger to the cooler's port then connect cooler to the phone, and the fan is spinning even if i disconnect the charger. Is it a bug or something, because it kinda waste of time if have to looking for my charger everytime i want to use the cooler
