When I connect my Aeroactive cooler X sometimes it says to have a firmware update of the cooler but it keeps faills.

Can someone please help?

Which firmware version are you on?

And does this happen every time you connect the cooler?

The firmware version is the recent version 34.1420.1420.387 

No It happens intermittently not always. But when it happens this happens multiple times.

it's happen with Aeroactive Cooler 6 on ROG Phone 6 also. sometime the cooler working for minutes, but stop working again and asking us to update the firmware which is always failed.

Firmware version 34.0210.0210.267

this problem is universal, my friend is having this issue too.

Happens to me also.i got ROG 8.but for me update always fails and bottom port does not function when used.
