Why my rog phone 7 screen always on when it charge.? I should press power button to turn off the screen, if not the screen will always on until fully charged.. i already update the latest os.

See if "Stay Awake" is on in the Developer Settings.  It's often used by non-developers used to avoid a manufacturer's battery saving hacks.

Where is it.? Devloper settings.?

It will be under System >  Developer Options > Stay Awake.  You will find it there. Turn it off.

Or you can directly search "Stay Awake" in setting search and you will find it there.
