My rog phone 7 ultimate suddenly turned off and couldn't turn it on, even though the battery was still above 50%, I tried charging the battery but it still couldn't turn it on

I think Asus wants to squeeze money out of your pocket. They want you to upgrade to their new garbage Rog 8 now.

This is weird. Here sometimes it reboots by itself. A lot of glitchers around.

Yes, this was a problem on Android 13. It randomly reboots out of nowhere. On Android 14 at least I didn't face it more than once I think.
