Notification alert from my security camera even if it's on silent

I can't find anything, even though I feel I can't be the only one with this: 
My phone often is on silent mode or vibrate mode, due to meetings during the day. I have security camera which notify me, if something is going on. I keep missing those notifications due to silent mode. 
Is there a way, to always have loud notifications from a specific app, even though the phone is on silent/vibration mode?

Forgot to mention: I'm using the ROG Phone 7.

If you are using the Do Not Disturb, you can actually go into settings and select specific apps that can interrupt Do Not Disturb.

This I also want to know and If I am sure, you can surely select specific apps to forget or avoid do not disturb mode.
